SOLAR PV
Solar is our core business. It is also the technology where the gap between a good project and an average one is widest, because almost everything that determines return is decided before construction begins — the connection point, the layout, the DC/AC ratio, and how the output will be sold.
We work on solar projects at every stage: assessing sites, developing them to ready-to-build, designing and building them, and operating them afterwards.
Utility-scale and commercial solar, delivered end to end.
Utility-scale
Ground-mounted plants selling into the wholesale market or under a power purchase agreement. At this scale the binding constraint is rarely land or equipment. It is grid connection capacity, and increasingly it is the shape of the price curve. Midday prices across the region are falling as solar penetration rises, which means a plant designed only to produce captures the lowest prices of the day. We design against that reality: connection capacity utilisation, storage co-location where the spread justifies it, and configuration decisions made against the revenue model rather than against a standard template.
Commercial and Industrial
Rooftop and ground-mounted installations for manufacturing sites, logistics facilities, cold storage, agricultural operations and commercial buildings. The economics differ fundamentally from utility-scale. Self-consumption offsets retail electricity cost rather than earning wholesale price, which produces materially shorter payback. The design objective is therefore not maximum production but maximum coincidence between generation and consumption — and where the load profile does not align, storage closes the gap. We model the actual consumption profile before sizing the system. A plant sized to the roof rather than to the load exports its surplus at a fraction of its value.
Hybrid and Co-located
Technical Scope
Fixed-tilt and tracker mounting systems. Monofacial and bifacial modules. String and central inverter architectures. Medium and high voltage connection up to the transmission level. SCADA, remote dispatch and system operator interfaces.
We hold no distribution agreement and carry no product line. Equipment is selected against the project.
Solar combined with storage, wind or dispatchable generation on a shared grid connection.
Where connection capacity is the constraint — as it is across most of this region — hybrid configuration extracts more revenue from the same connection point. It also satisfies the storage obligations now attached to new generation licences in several markets.
Utility-scale
Development — site assessment, land securing, zoning, grid connection, permitting and licensing.
Engineering — resource modelling, layout optimisation, electrical and civil design, grid compliance.
Investment — financial modelling, capital structuring, lender documentation, transaction support.
Construction — turnkey EPC, or owner's engineer supervision where another contractor is appointed.
Operations — monitoring, maintenance, market operations, compliance and reporting.
Each is available separately. Most clients take the full sequence, because the value of a single accountable partner is highest on the technology where the most decisions are made.
