EPC & CONSTRUCTION
Engineering, Procurement and Construction
An EPC contract transfers execution risk from the investor to the contractor. That transfer only holds if the contractor carries the full scope — design, supply, construction and commissioning — under a single obligation with a defined completion standard.
We deliver on that basis. The organisation that models the yield specifies the equipment, builds the plant and hands over a performance guarantee against its own figures.
One contract.
One point of responsibility.
From design to energisation.
Procurement
Equipment specification, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, logistics and customs clearance.
We carry no product line and hold no distribution agreement. Modules, inverters, batteries, transformers and switchgear are selected against the project's technical requirements and evaluated on delivered cost, warranty terms, bankability and the manufacturer's financial standing — because a twenty-five year warranty is only as durable as the company behind it.
Civil Works
Equipment specification, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, logistics and customs clearance.
We carry no product line and hold no distribution agreement. Modules, inverters, batteries, transformers and switchgear are selected against the project's technical requirements and evaluated on delivered cost, warranty terms, bankability and the manufacturer's financial standing — because a twenty-five year warranty is only as durable as the company behind it.
Mechanical Installation
Mounting structure assembly, module installation, battery container placement and commissioning of thermal management and fire suppression systems.
Electrical Installation
DC systems — string wiring, combiner boxes, cable routing and protection.
AC collection — inverter installation, low voltage distribution, cable trenching and termination.
Medium and high voltage — transformer stations, switchgear assembly, protection relays, metering cells and grid connection works.
Transmission — overhead lines and underground cabling to the connection point.
Earthing and lightning protection — installed and tested to the resistance values required by the system operator.
SCADA and Control Systems
Plant control installation, communication infrastructure, remote dispatch capability and the data interface to the system operator.
Across the region, energisation is conditional on demonstrating real-time active power control, redundant supply for control equipment and IEC 60870-5-104 compliant data transmission. We complete and test these before requesting energisation, which avoids the delay that follows a failed inspection.
Testing and Commissioning
String testing, insulation resistance and continuity verification, protection relay setting and coordination, transformer testing, earthing measurement, and IV curve tracing across the array.
Grid compliance testing is conducted against the operator's conditions, with the settings protocol submitted for approval before the plant is placed under voltage.
Owner's Engineer
Performance ratio testing against the design figure, as-built documentation, test certificates and protocols, operating manuals, warranty registration and operator training.
The plant is handed over with the documentation package required for the use permit and for the asset's financial reporting.
What is Guaranteed
Where an investor has appointed a separate contractor, we act on the owner's side: design review, supplier qualification, construction supervision, quality control, milestone verification and commissioning witness.
The distinction matters. A contractor supervising its own work has an interest in signing it off. An owner's engineer does not.
Handover
Completion against a defined date, a performance ratio guarantee measured on site, equipment warranties passed through to the owner, and a defects liability period with defined response obligations.
